Built in 1900, this duplex was once part of a family compound in Boise Hot Springs – a popular weekend getaway in Sonoma County, famous for it’s healing natural spring waters. The home had been abandoned for more than 20 years when it was purchased in 2015. We wanted to bring this gathering place back to life with co-friendly upgrades, new landscaping, and spaces for the individual units to gather were important parts of the master plan.
